Menotti: Desserts

There was a one-for-one promo for desserts (3-6pm) for UOB cardholders but we just couldn't wait for 3pm! I went for the panna cotta. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite what I was hoping for. A bit underwhelming - the cream filling, the fruity sauce and the chocolate cup failed to integrate well taste-wise.

Hubby had the Catalana, a gorgeous concoction of cherries baked in creme brulee. Love the milky custard crowned by the crinkly layer of caramelised sugar. Fantastic. I'd come back just for this. Oh, they serve good coffee too.
