Krispy Kreme Coming To Malaysia!

OK, I'm not a fan of donuts but get this - Krispy Kreme is opening 20 stores in Malaysia over the next five years! Malaysia boleh! The first store will be opened in Kuala Lumpur by early 2009. CNN story here. I think half the people queueing up there when they open will be Singaporeans. D'ohhh nutsss...

Oh and Happy National Day, Singapore! :P

    LIC: sorry but no one's bringing the Krispy Kreme franchise here. Market too small for the investment?

    Maybe Berjaya also bought the franchise for Sg too?

    Just like how KFC and Pizza Hut are owned by KFC Malaysia now.

    Ugh... Why is there still no Krispy Kreme in Singapore? Is there gonna be a Krispy Kreme shop in JB you reckon? I would definitely patronise.

    Lousy donuts...
    Just bought two dozens of krispy kreme donuts in berjaya times square in the morning. All of us tasted the donuts, and the donuts are terribly so sweet, and made us disgusting(too sweet), and will never want to eat for the second bite...
