As Stephen Chow rightly said in the movie "The God of Cookery", the most important thing when it comes to cooking is 心 or heart. How more so appropriate on Valentine's Day! Did you eat well today?
For our family dinner, we decided to cook at home. A fiery-looking tomato and cumin chicken curry.
To cool things down a little, some raita-ish cucumber salad. I love the simple combination of yoghurt, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper and salt.
Spicy chili butter rice to go with everything. We enjoyed dinner!
Hope you had a fabulous Valentine's Day with your loved ones!
