DBS Indulge flew in Chef Alvin Leung of
Bo Innovation for their latest Underground Supperclub. I was very privileged to have a look at how this master of X-treme Chinese Cuisine infused Singapore influences into what he interprets as "Food for the Soul" - check out how laksa, oyster omelette, chicken rice, chili crab and such become transformed into elements you may not recognise!
