We have so few places where we can try real Sri Lankan food. Dishes like Ambul Thiyal, Pittu, Hoppers, Gotukola Salad, Watalapam, and a most intriguing chicken curry. If you'd like to spice up your Saturdays, try the Sri Lankan brunch at Speakeasy (50 Tanjong Pagar Road). It's available a la carte or as a set (S$30) featuring a starter, two curries, two sides and a dessert. From noon to 4pm.
