I had the privilege to not only attend the Asia's 50 Best Restaurant 2015 awards, but also to sit down with six of the most chefs and restaurateurs from Asia and beyond who were in town for the event: Gaggan Anand, Julien Royer, Will Guidara, Daniel Humm, Yannick Alléno, Virgilio Martinez.
It's fabulous to see such amazing energy, knowledge and passion.
