Alce Nero Mother's Day Hamper with Recipes

How are you celebrating Mother's Day? Something cooked with love beats a fancy dinner outside!

Italian organic brand, Alce Nero, and local food company, Ayam Brand has prepared an all-in-one cooking hamper for you to prepare a heart-warming meal.

This is the Alce Nero ‘Buon Appetito’ Hamper (S$180) has the basics (including recipe cards) you need to make Black Eyed Peas Garden Salad, Pesto Penne Pasta, and Cherry Jam Tart:
·         Alce Nero Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 250ml
·         Alce Nero Penne
·         Cherry Jam
·         Alce Nero Acacia Honey
·         Alce Nero Pesto Basil Sauce
·         Alce Nero Balsamic Vinegar

The best part? It comes with a Neoflam Aeni 24cm Casserole dishware, which is a Red Dot Design Award winner. This pot alone is worth about S$130.

It's a nice hearty pot you can use to make soups, stocks and other dishes too. Works on induction stoves too, I was glad to find out.

The Alce Nero Mother's Day hamper is available exclusively on HealthyGourmet.sg starting May.

There is also a separate one done by Ayam Brand (S$138) which includes a 20cm Neoflam casserole. The items are for making a Nyonya Chicken Curry, Sautéed Shrimps with Baked Beans and aromatic Otak Otak Sardines, plus Ice Jelly with Peach dessert:
