Raffles Grill Champagne Brunch

Opus Restaurant at Hilton will be transformed with eight live stations including fresh seafood, prime meat cuts, and a dedicated cheese room (over 30 cheeses including Swiss Raclette).
There's an open-flame charcoal Grill & Meat Carvings Station; sizzling U.S. prime ribs and hearty meat carvings of German pork knuckles, herb-roasted lamb rack & Easter special sausages.
